Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Paid Social & Search Marketing is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, optimization, and growth of paid social and social search marketing programs that drive demand generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
This role serves as the bridge between hands-on campaign management and strategic media leadership, translating business objectives into full-funnel paid media strategies across major social platforms and social search environments.
The position partners closely with marketing, creative, analytics, CRM, loyalty, influencer, and agency teams to maximize campaign performance, leverage audience and customer insights, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Senior Manager is also responsible for advancing testing and innovation, integrating paid social with broader marketing efforts, and developing talent while fostering a culture of performance excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, digital media, or social search.
Hands-on expertise across major social advertising platforms.
Experience developing and managing full-funnel paid media strategies.
Strong campaign optimization, budget management, and performance marketing expertise.
Experience with paid social and search marketing integration.
Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
Experience partnering with creative teams to develop performance-focused content.
Ability to build audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading projects, agencies, or team members in a marketing environment.

Preferred

Experience within retail, healthcare, or other consumer-facing industries.
Experience leveraging CRM and first-party customer data for audience activation.
Knowledge of marketing measurement methodologies, including MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing.
Experience with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and content amplification.
Familiarity with influencer whitelisting, usage rights, and brand safety practices.
Experience working within complex, highly matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated success leading integrated paid media programs across multiple channels.
