Responsibilities
- LinkedIn social strategy: Contribute to content strategy alongside our Head of Social, based on LinkedIn updates and past performance. Stay familiar with LinkedIn's social content, algorithm, and hashtags. Analyze social metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
- Development of social media posts: Review drafted content and graphics, and provide feedback and edits for optimization. Draft new social copy and graphics.
- Social copy: Experienced in crafting LinkedIn posts and knows how to get to the point. Able to write in each brand's voice as a product expert, in a way that people with no knowledge of the company can understand.
- Ability to work in a team and interact with clients as needed
Requirements
- Active LinkedIn user
- Strong copywriting skills
- Must have a strong grasp of social media marketing fundamentals
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Creative writing, communications, marketing, or media-related degree, or equivalent experience
- B2B experience required, agency/tech experience preferred
Preferred
- Canva experience and an eye for social graphics
- Graphic design experience
