Full Stack Developer

Remote • Full-time • Up to $3,500 USD/month

Join us as our first engineering hire and help build the future of salary transparency. You'll work directly with our tech lead to shape the product roadmap and technical direction.

The Role

This isn't about maintaining legacy code - you'll be building new features from the ground up using modern tools. We want someone who thinks about the product, suggests improvements, and has real ownership over what we build.

What You'll Build

  • B2B Dashboard & Analytics: Data visualization tools for HR teams, company comparison interfaces
  • Platform Features: Advanced search, API development, mobile-responsive interfaces
  • Data Infrastructure: Work with salary data pipelines and build scalable features

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience with React/Next.js and TypeScript
  • Strong PostgreSQL and API development skills
  • Product-minded developer who thinks beyond just code
  • Comfortable working independently in a small team
