Responsibilities

Launch and manage Meta campaigns Build campaigns, ad sets, and ads to spec. Upload creative, set budgets and targeting, and keep naming conventions clean across prospecting, retargeting, and Advantage+.
Monitor performance daily Track CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, cost per booked call, and ROAS against the financial model. Flag winners to scale and losers to cut before they bleed budget.
Own creative trafficking Get new creatives, hooks, and variations into the account fast. Keep a steady test pipeline running and document what wins.
Keep the funnel plumbing clean UTMs, pixel and CAPI events, landing page links, and form connections. If tracking breaks, you catch it and fix it same day.
Support CRM sequences Help build and QA email and SMS flows in GoHighLevel for confirmations, reminders, and no-show recovery. Make sure the right message fires at the right time.
Build reporting the team can read Daily and weekly performance snapshots. Clean dashboards, not a wall of numbers. Surface the story behind the metrics.
Spot opportunities and problems early You are in the account every day. You see fatigue, audience saturation, and funnel drop-off before they show up in the monthly numbers.
Stay on the info diet Keep up with Meta changes, new ad formats, and what is working across the space. Bring ideas, not just execution.

Requirements

Hands-on experience inside the Meta Ads Manager. You can build a campaign from scratch without hand-holding.
Comfortable reading paid metrics: CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS. You know what each one tells you.
Detail-oriented with tracking: UTMs, pixels, and conversion events do not scare you.
Comfortable in GoHighLevel or a similar CRM for email and SMS sequences.
Organized and proactive. You catch problems before they are escalated to you.
Available during US Eastern business hours, Monday through Friday.

Preferred

Bonus: you use AI tools to speed up creative briefs, copy, and analysis.
Bonus: experience in high-ticket info, coaching, or agency funnels.
