Requirements

2+ years of experience managing client relationships specifically in retail media or e-commerce advertising, at a retail media agency, CPG brand, or retailer (e.g., in a retailer-side digital/marketplace role)
Direct, hands-on familiarity with at least two of: Amazon Ads/Seller Central, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart Ads
A track record of owning client relationships directly, not just supporting or coordinating for someone else who owns the relationship
Strong, confident communicator who can lead a client conversation, deliver hard news constructively, and build trust over time
Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team without the structure of a big agency
Full-time, remote (US-based, any time zone)
