Responsibilities

Build and manage Amazon Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands: keyword and product/ASIN targeting, structured around series and competitor titles.
Run our Amazon DSP seat: audience construction (detail-page retargeting, competitor-ASIN viewers, in-market and lookalike segments), Kindle e-reader/on-device placements, pacing, frequency capping, and creative rotation — with tight cost control on premium inventory.
Plan and run Meta campaigns for series starters and box sets, including audience structure, creative testing cadence, and scaling.
Drive ad creative: shape the concepts and hooks, produce quick variations yourself (including with AI tools) for fast testing, and direct our designer for the polished assets. Run a disciplined, always-on testing program.
Coordinate spend with our release calendar (we ship multiple titles a month) and protect the algorithmic momentum on proven titles.
Report honestly on what's working and what isn't, and reallocate accordingly.
