Job Description

Responsibilities

Own strategy and performance across a portfolio of Amazon advertising accounts
Build and optimize Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns end-to-end
Lead client relationships, strategy calls, and performance reporting
Manage large-scale budgets and optimize for ROI and growth
Develop advanced DSP strategies (audience targeting, retargeting, scaling)
Analyze performance data and drive strategic recommendations
Partner with creative and cross-functional teams to improve results
Identify growth opportunities and scale campaigns to exceed KPIs
Stay ahead of Amazon platform changes, trends, and competitive landscape

Requirements

5+ years of experience in retail media or Amazon advertising
Experience managing ~$6M+ in annual ad spend
Advanced expertise in Amazon Ads ecosystem (Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC)
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding performance targets
Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
Proficiency in analytics tools and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
