Responsibilities

• You lead strategy and the client relationship for a small portfolio of brands.
• An Account Manager handles day-to-day operations and an Ads Specialist runs campaigns; you direct both and own the outcome.
• - Client strategy and goals. You run the monthly business review; the Account Manager prebuilds the deck.
• - Direction of the ads and content teams, and QA on everything client-facing.
• - Managing to the P&L: contribution margin per SKU, TACoS, repeat purchase and Subscribe & Save — not revenue for its own sake.
• - One-hour weekly standup; 90-minute monthly account review.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading strategy on Amazon Seller Central brands, ideally consumables / CPG.
• You've owned a client relationship, not just a dashboard.
• Fluent in Search Query Performance, Brand Analytics, unit economics, and ads structure — enough to direct and check specialists, not necessarily hands-on-keys every day.
• US-based, with overlap to Mountain Time business hours.
• Fractional by choice. This fits alongside your own clients.
