Job Summary

Own multi-channel demand generation for B2B software, collaborating across product, sales and support to feed the lifecycle and optimize campaigns with data.

Campaign Ownership: Build and manage events, social, and digital programs that move prospects through the funnel.
Cross-Functional Materials: Align with product, sales, and customer service to create lifecycle assets and messaging.
Measurement & Optimization: Track performance and continually refine strategy using data insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate demand for the company's solutions and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to identify and produce materials that support the prospect-to-client lifecycle.
Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, social media, and digital advertising.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize and refine strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, specifically as it pertains to our target markets.
Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.
Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor .
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B or software marketing.
