Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end ABM sales play execution for QuickBooks Money and Mailchimp — from account targeting and messaging to sales activation and measurement.

  • Build playbooks and enablement assets that equip sales teams with the right context and content to engage high-priority accounts.
  • Develop and manage the annual inbound and outbound demand forecast across the Intuit Services portfolio, in partnership with sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Own holistic B2B demand performance reporting — preparing executive-ready insights for Sales share-outs, leadership reviews, and ongoing program optimization.
  • Evaluate and optimize demand generation platforms and tactics, identifying new opportunities across paid, owned, and partner channels.
  • Lead CFX program coordination across QuickBooks Money and Mailchimp — aligning campaign timelines, sales plays, and product marketing moments into one coherent execution calendar.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, RevOps, Product, and Analytics to remove execution friction and improve go-to-market efficiency.
  • Manage the marketing execution calendar, ensuring clear visibility and alignment across all B2B programs within the Intuit Services portfolio.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Intuit’s internal AI platforms, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to surface actionable demand signals, synthesize performance data, and generate stakeholder insights at speed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations — SaaS or fintech experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record executing ABM sales plays and coordinating cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Fluency with AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and insight generation — comfort prompting and interpreting outputs from tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or AI-enabled analytics platforms.
  • Experience with go-to-market platforms including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, and Marketo or HubSpot; ability to work across data sources without relying heavily on SQL.
  • Strong strategic and consultative thinking — able to connect marketing activities to business outcomes and communicate impact clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • A genuine passion for B2B marketing innovation, especially at the intersection of AI, ABM, and revenue acceleration.
