Create engaging captions, content briefs, short-form video concepts, and social media copy tailored to US audiences.
Identify relevant trends, cultural moments, and opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Develop content strategies for different audience segments, including homeowners, interior designers, and professional trade clients.
Coordinate the production of social media content, including photography, short-form videos, product features, and lifestyle content.
Develop creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards for Reels, TikTok videos, and other social formats.
Collaborate with Graphic Design, Creative Strategy, Product, and Branding Teams to ensure consistent visual quality and messaging.
Source, coordinate, and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and UGC contributors.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, content strategy, or brand marketing, preferably in DTC e-commerce or consumer brands.
Proven experience developing and managing organic social media strategies for US-facing audiences.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and current social media content formats.
Demonstrated ability to develop engaging content concepts, editorial calendars, creative briefs, and short-form video scripts.
Excellent visual judgment, brand storytelling skills, and understanding of premium brand aesthetics.
Strong written and spoken English, with excellent US-market copywriting skills.
Experience coordinating content production with designers, photographers, video editors, or creators.
Strong understanding of organic social media analytics and content performance optimization.
Experience building audience engagement and developing brand communities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content initiatives independently.

Preferred

Experience with furniture, interior design, home décor, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
Experience managing social media for higher-ticket or design-focused products.
Experience developing influencer partnerships, creator collaborations, and UGC campaigns.
Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce customer journeys.
