Responsibilities
- Own the marketing plan and calendar across hero product replenishment, newness capsules, and the 2027 womenswear launch
- Lead our move to an in-house paid social performance function, and help hire the people to run it
- Drive brand consistency across social, email, paid, PR, partnerships and wholesale
- Work with our ecom/CRO and content teams to turn brand into revenue
- Manage budgets, set KPIs, and report clearly on what’s working
- Build and manage a creative social lead and future marketing hires
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing, ideally in fashion, activewear, or premium DTC
- A strong eye for brand: you understand the difference between premium and loud
- Solid commercial grounding in paid social, CRM and Shopify-based ecommerce
- Experience launching new categories or ranges
- Leadership experience, or the clear ambition to step up into it
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led business
