Job Summary

You will own the day-to-day social content workflow for multiple clients, from graphics and captions to scheduling, reporting, and file management, with a focus on brand-consistent writing and timely delivery.

  • Manage content creation and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Ensure deadlines, client emails, and organized file storage are handled efficiently

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating social media graphics, carousels and simple Reels in Canva using each client's brand templates
  • Scheduling posts across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn from the agreed content plans
  • Writing and editing captions, short blog posts and newsletter copy in each client's tone of voice
  • Keeping a simple weekly tracker so every client's work is delivered on time
  • Pulling together basic monthly reports on reach, engagement and follower growth
  • Gathering and organising photos and content from clients
  • Filing everything in the shared OneDrive using our naming and version rules
  • Replying to routine client emails and flagging anything that needs a decision
  • Using AI tools to speed up first drafts and research, with your own judgement and editing on top

Requirements

  • A marketing, communications or media degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Confidence using Canva and a scheduling tool such as Meta Business Suite
  • Strong written English with careful spelling and grammar
  • A good eye for layout and for keeping things consistent with a brand
  • Reliability with deadlines and the confidence to say early if something is going off track
  • Your own laptop and a reliable internet connection

Preferred

  • Experience running social accounts for a business, society or club
  • Some knowledge of LinkedIn for B2B, or of content for parents and families
  • Basic video editing for Reels or Stories
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and OneDrive
