TikTok Shop & Affiliate Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Run our UK and US TikTok Shops day to day, keeping listings, imagery, copy and content accurate and up to date.
• Monitor shop health, reviews and operational issues, resolving or escalating as needed.
• Track stock availability, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Support promotions, campaigns, launches and key trading moments, delivering a strong customer experience.
• Maintain accurate trading, performance and P&L reporting, supporting weekly and monthly trading rhythms across the UK and US.
• Turn performance data into clear updates that highlight key movements, opportunities and actions.
• Monitor competitor activity, promotions, positioning and emerging trends.
• Support category, product and NPD analysis to inform trading and forecasting.
• Support the day-to-day running of our affiliate programme, managing enquiries and resolving or escalating them.
• Coordinate product sampling and seeding across always-on activity, launches, events and campaigns.

Requirements

• Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Proactive and resourceful, comfortable taking ownership and balancing recurring operational work with launches, campaigns and unexpected priorities
• Confident with performance data, spreadsheets and reporting, and curious about why performance is moving
• A strong communicator who works well across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Interested in social commerce, ecommerce and creators, and always looking for better ways of doing things
• Experience in TikTok Shop, ecommerce, social commerce or marketplace operations, ideally within beauty, skincare, FMCG or another fast-moving consumer brand
• Experience supporting an affiliate, influencer or creator programme, including sampling, seeding or creator campaigns
• Experience with creator or affiliate management platforms
• An understanding of ecommerce trading metrics, stock reporting, P&L reporting and digital performance
