Job Description

Responsibilities

Stand up and lead the authoring function — build the team, define roles and expectations, and establish durable ways of working.
Create the authoring operating model — design end-to-end workflows, SLAs, intake/prioritization, and release coordination across Marketing, Product, and Technology.
Own content standards and governance — set editorial guidelines and establish decision rights, approval paths, and documentation to ensure consistency and control.
Drive AEM publishing excellence — partner with Product and Technology to define AEM authoring/publishing processes, templates/components, roles/permissions, and quality checks to enable scalable content delivery.
Ensure quality and risk discipline — implement QA, measurement, and continuous improvement routines to maintain high-quality, compliant customer-facing content.
Enable experience uplift over time — identify content opportunities to improve customer clarity and confidence across journeys and support ongoing optimization.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in digital content operations, content strategy, UX writing, editorial governance, or digital marketing/content management (financial services experience a plus).
Proven experience building and scaling teams and defining operating models, governance, and quality controls.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional programs with tight timelines and high standards for execution.
Strong executive communication and influence skills; ability to drive decisions, resolve ambiguity, and align stakeholders.
Experience working in or alongside a CMS-driven publishing model; hands-on familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) strongly preferred.
Demonstrated self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, drives work forward, and delivers results with minimal oversight.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment
