Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Requestor Relationship Management. Serve as the primary point of contact for requestors within the IDC and across AWS Marketing, managing expectations, communicating project status, and building trusted partnerships.
  • Conduct discovery calls to align on creative asks, refine project artifacts (Creative Brief, Bill of Materials), and confirm scope before moving into production
  • Present tactical approaches, and business rationale to stakeholders and leadership — including documents reviewed at the Manager/Director level
  • Project Coordination & Workflow Management
  • Manage end-to-end project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverable schedules across multiple concurrent IDP campaigns
  • Establish workback schedules during the Confirmation stage to achieve on-time delivery across all content tiers
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership
  • Coordinate between creative, strategy, IDP v-teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and quality standards
  • Coordinate creative disciplines across video production, UX design, graphic design, and copywriting.
  • Serve as the single-threaded production partner for assigned IDP programs — the most familiar person with content, project nuances, contracts, and talent commitments

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of Adobe design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • 4+ years of experience in creative production, content production management, or program management in a marketing or agency environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in video production, UX design, graphic design, or a related creative discipline
  • Proven track record managing creative deliverables for marketing campaigns ranging from $25K to $500K

Preferred

  • 1+ years of B2B environment experience
  • Experience defining the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives world-wide
  • Understanding of digital marketing content types including eBooks, paid media, email campaigns, display ads, and video content
