Responsibilities

• Manage multiple creative projects from intake through final approval and distribution.
• Translate requests from brand marketers into clear briefs, timelines, priorities, and resource plans.
• Coordinate day-to-day production with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, and other creative partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brand marketers and brand managers.
• Coordinate MLR submissions, review cycles, revisions, and approvals.
• Route approved promotional assets through Veeva Vault PromoMats and internal distribution channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management or account management experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• Direct experience managing pharmaceutical promotional content through MLR review.
• Working knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM).
• Understanding of FDA/OPDP requirements for branded and unbranded promotional materials.
• Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

Preferred

• Experience working in an in-house creative or content studio.
• Knowledge of modular content and content reuse workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted content production tools.
