Responsibilities

Own Starlink’s U.S. local growth strategy, accountable for subscriber growth across states and regions
Build, hire, and lead a high-performing team of regional and state-level growth leaders
Design scalable playbooks for local market growth customer acquisition business models
Define priority markets across rural, suburban, and underserved communities
Establish and scale local acquisition channels including new partnerships (e.g., affiliates, local businesses)
Oversee field marketing, events, and grassroots growth initiatives
Drive partnerships from opportunity identification through execution
Develop partner pipeline unlocking scalable distribution
Track subscriber growth, partner productivity, and return-on-investment
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on go-to-market

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of experience in growth, business development, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations
4+ years of direct people management experience
Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
Willingness to travel approximately 50% - 75% or more of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX locations
ITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Experience scaling local or regional growth teams (rideshare, marketplaces, telecom, etc.)

Track record building successful field-based teams
Experience building partnerships and distribution channels
Success launching products across multiple markets
Strong execution in ambiguous environments
