Job Summary

Drive end-to-end creator partnerships, retention programs, and customer-ops as a unified growth machine.

  • Must-have: Experience with influencer partnerships and retention marketing.
  • Standout: Data-driven mindset and fluency with AI tools to move fast.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across marketing and operations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Influencer and creator marketing — sourcing, vetting, and managing creator partnerships across platforms. Using AI tools to research at scale, analyze audience fit, structure deals, and build repeatable outreach pipelines
  • Retention and lifecycle marketing — owning email and SMS strategy, building flows and campaigns that drive repeat purchase and LTV, and continuously testing and optimizing with data
  • Customer operations — diagnosing and resolving order, shipping, and fulfillment issues. Building systems and workflows so problems get solved faster and don't recur
  • Online reputation management — monitoring and responding across review sites and third-party platforms
  • Operational problem-solving — coordinating with suppliers, shipping partners, and 3PLs to catch and resolve issues before they reach the customer
  • Voice of the customer — connecting the dots between what customers are telling us (through support, reviews, and behavior) and what we do about it in marketing and operations

Requirements

  • You're a self-starter who sees problems before they're assigned. You don't need a manager to tell you what's broken — you find it, fix it, and build a system so it stays fixed
  • You understand the creator and influencer landscape — you can tell real engagement from noise and you know how to structure partnerships that actually drive results
  • You have hands-on experience with retention marketing — you've built email or SMS campaigns and can speak to what moves the needle on repeat purchase
  • You're fluent in AI tools. You use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar daily — not as a novelty, but to research, build, analyze, and move faster than should be possible for one person
  • You think in data. Whether it's a campaign report or a spike in CS tickets, you see the signal and act on it
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity. You can take a messy problem and turn it into a structured plan without waiting for someone to scope it for you
  • You'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for a perfect plan
  • Bottom line: This person treats customer acquisition and customer experience as one connected system. They build the machine that brings people in, make sure those people are taken care of, and use everything they learn to make the whole thing better
