Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and priority use cases to guide growth and go-to-market efforts.
  • Develop differentiated value propositions, positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption and pipeline growth.
  • Translate product capabilities and roadmap updates into growth-oriented messaging, campaigns, and launch materials.
  • Lead go-to-market and launch readiness activities to ensure products are market-ready and growth-enabled.
  • Partner with execution teams across the full customer lifecycle -from awareness and acquisition through onboarding, expansion, and advocacy -by aligning messaging and experiences across touchpoints.
  • Use performance data, market insights, and customer feedback to optimize messaging, segment focus, and growth strategies.
  • Support experimentation and iteration by informing tests around messaging, offers, and use-case prioritization.
  • Deliver sales enablement materials that support conversion, competitive differentiation, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent value delivery and a cohesive customer experience throughout the funnel/flywheel
  • Own the marketing and planning framework that supports company growth and revenue objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or demand-focused roles.
  • Experience defining product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
  • Experience supporting product launches, including launch planning, messaging, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, use cases, and customer journeys.
  • Ability to translate product capabilities and roadmaps into clear, market-ready narratives.
  • Experience supporting the full customer lifecycle, from awareness and acquisition through retention and advocacy.
  • Hands-on experience with growth and analytics tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
  • Experience using SEO and competitive research tools such as Semrush.
  • Working knowledge of Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software to support lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and pipeline visibility.

Preferred

  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies for new products, features, or solutions
  • Strong background in sales enablement, including pitch messaging, product overviews, and competitive positioning
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and differentiation
  • Familiarity with growth experimentation, A/B testing, and message optimization across channels
  • Experience supporting paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing initiatives in partnership with demand teams
  • Comfort working with funnel metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting to inform product and growth decisions
  • Experience aligning messaging across web, campaigns, sales materials, and customer touchpoints
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven organizations (preferred)
