Responsibilities

Full-Funnel Content Strategy: Own content strategy from top of funnel (TOFU) to conversion, translating business goals into a content roadmap that grows the WELL community and fuels pipeline.
AI-Native Content Creation: Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and workflows, embedding AI-assisted ideation, production and distribution into the content engine to scale output without sacrificing brand voice.
Video Production & Storytelling: Lead ideation, scripting, filming, and editing of video content for social and other platforms.
Channel Content Development: Create marquee content and derivative assets for our core content pillars, including guides, tutorials, articles, videos, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership.
Customer & Client Storytelling: Identify and elevate customer stories and case studies, turning real-world outcomes into content that brings new people into the WELL movement.
Mission & Category Storytelling: Partner with IWBI thought leaders to craft narratives that advance IWBI’s broader mission to create healthier buildings and organizations, and position IWBI as the global convener of healthy building experts.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, and video production
Strong video storyboarding, production, and editing skills.
AI fluency working with Claude, Gemini, and/or other AI tools.
An agile, self-driven, results-oriented approach to each project.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities & timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A passion for creating and building.
