Responsibilities

Craft compelling stories from interviews, documentaries, and testimonials
Turn hours of footage into clear, emotionally engaging narratives
Find the strongest moments, cut the distractions, and build pacing that feels effortless
Raise every project through music, sound design, motion graphics, typography, and color
Keep creative quality consistent across every platform
Own projects end to end while collaborating with marketers, educators, and producers
Bring emerging AI tools and modern techniques to the work without losing the authenticity of the story

Requirements

5+ years of professional editing experience
An outstanding portfolio built on storytelling and cinematic editing, not just technical polish
Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro
A strong command of pacing, visual rhythm, and narrative structure
Real experience cutting interviews into compelling stories
Meticulous organization and clear communication, with the ability to run several projects at once
