Responsibilities

Research, procure and develop a goof Lead List for potential Members at Persimmon Woods Golf Club
Respond to inquiries for Membership
Develop and Implement Successful Marketing Initiatives
Present qualified candidates for Membership to the General Manager
Establish a waitlist for Membership
Manage Persimmon Woods’ Social Media presence
Develop and Implement a Member Retention Strategy
Work collaboratively with fellow managers to continue to build upon Persimmon Woods’ excellence
Represent Persimmon Woods at Community Functions to increase visibility of the Club, establish new relationships and strengthen existing relationships
Understand where Persimmon Woods lives in the marketplace in regard to Initiation Fees, Monthly Dues, Assessments and overall pricing structure

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in membership management or a similar role
Private Country Club/Private Golf Club experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales skills
Experience: Private Club or Golf Industry Work: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute: Weldon Spring, MO 63304 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Weldon Spring, MO 63304: Relocate before starting work (Required)
