Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing the enterprise strategy and governance model for marketing and offer measurement. Define the KPI hierarchy, taxonomy, measurement standards, decision rights, and roadmap used to evaluate campaign, offer, channel, and guest-journey performance.
  • Owning the integrated insights narrative for marketing and offer initiatives. Connect execution metrics and guest behavior to campaign and offer performance, then translate those findings into business outcomes such as bookings, revenue, penetration, enrollment, retention, and guest engagement.
  • Leading experimentation and causal measurement strategy by selecting the appropriate approach for each business question and overseeing test design, control methods, and attribution.
  • Guiding the measurement of offer economics, including forecasting, costing, production, and incremental impact. Partner with Finance, Loyalty, Revenue Management, and Marketing leaders to evaluate tradeoffs and recommend future offer design.
  • Leading cross-functional planning and resource alignment for the Marketing & Offers insights track. Set priorities, clarify ownership, manage dependencies and expectations, and coordinate project managers, measurement experts, technical resources, domain specialists, and analysts against the highest-value work.
  • Serving as a senior analytics thought partner in the Marketing and Commercial Analytics domains. Translate business questions into analytical priorities and performance insights into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Building organizational capability and executive confidence in marketing and offer analytics. Coach analysts and cross-functional partners on measurement practices, communicate implications to senior audiences, and promote responsible use of automation and AI to improve speed, consistency, and analytical quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with quantitative emphasis
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, offer design and performance, loyalty, marketing operations or related areas in cross-functional, collaborative roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and governing measurement frameworks that use experimentation, incrementality, attribution, and forecasting to evaluate performance, explain business impact, and guide investment and strategic decisions.
  • Experience leading work across a complex marketing and commercial ecosystem, with a strong understanding of loyalty programs, loyalty and rate-based promotions, customer journeys, lifecycle engagement, and revenue performance.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in evolving measurement methods, analytical frameworks, and operating practices. Experience applying AI and automation to improve analytical efficiency, accelerate insight generation, strengthen decision support, and increase the scalability and consistency of reporting and measurement.
  • Strong executive communication and influence skills, including the ability to frame ambiguous questions, synthesize multiple sources into a clear point of view, and communicate implications, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Hands-on marketing operations experience in audience segmentation, targeting, and tagging and campaign hierarchy management to support robust reporting across multiple touchpoints.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing technology stacks (including CDP, ESP, and Snowflake) and emerging AI tools.
  • Demonstrated commitment to upholding data integrity, governance, and privacy policies.
