Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at events, pop-ups, local businesses, and community gatherings
• Engage with the public, start conversations, and share key product or service information
• Answer questions and provide samples, flyers, or promotional materials
• Set up and tear down event booths or displays
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to the team
• Create memorable, on-brand experiences through great customer interaction

Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (event materials)
• Must have reliable transportation
