Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Meta Ads: Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including creative testing, audience strategy, retargeting, and budget management to maximize lead volume and return on ad spend.
• Google Paid Ads: Build and manage Google search and paid campaigns, tracking cost per lead and conversion quality to scale what works and cut what doesn’t.
• SMS Marketing: Create and manage text campaigns, including promotional blasts, lead nurture sequences, and reactivation of past leads and clients.
• Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns and automated sequences that nurture new leads, drive bookings, and win back past clients.
• Influencer Marketing: Coordinate with influencers and content creators, manage partnerships and deliverables, and turn their content into ad creative.
• Social Media: Oversee our social presence across locations, ensuring content stays on brand and supports our campaigns.
• Track and Report Performance: Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead, cost per booking, show rate, and return on ad spend, and deliver clear, data-backed reporting to leadership.
• Optimize the Funnel: Work closely with our setter/call center and sales teams to improve lead quality, speed to contact, and conversion from lead to booked consult.
• Maintain Brand and Compliance Standards: Ensure all advertising and messaging follows our brand standards and applicable advertising, SMS, and healthcare-related regulations.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with our Head of Sales, clinic managers, and Operations to align promotions, capacity, and performance goals across locations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with proven results managing Meta and Google ad budgets.
• Skills: Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SMS and email platforms, CRM and automation tools, and Google Suite, with the ability to analyze data and make decisions from it.
• Analytical Mindset: A metrics-driven thinker who is comfortable owning numbers like cost per lead, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Creative Judgment: A good eye for ad creative, copy, and messaging that converts, and the ability to brief creators and editors effectively.
• Professionalism: A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who is committed to ZZ Med Spa’s values and operational excellence.
• Availability: Flexibility to respond to campaign needs, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Preferred

• Experience in med spa, aesthetics, healthcare, or other high-touch local service businesses is a strong plus.
