Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HOLO DAO’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and annual marketing plans.
• Lead online and offline growth initiatives, including social media, content marketing, search marketing, community engagement, and events.
• Plan and deliver brand campaigns, marketing events, and promotional materials while maintaining consistent messaging.
• Build and manage relationships with media, communities, business organizations, and channel partners.
• Work with business teams to support the growth of users, partners, buyers, and suppliers.
• Lead the marketing team, set goals and budgets, and track campaign performance.
• Analyze user growth, conversion, repeat purchases, and market feedback to improve marketing results.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other departments to advance company priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, brand management, or business development; team leadership experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, content planning, and event promotion.
• Strong planning, project management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, partnership-building, and negotiation abilities.
• Interest or experience in Web3, DAO, AI, e-commerce, or supply chain is a plus.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
