Manage marketing intake, prioritization, workflow, timelines, and resource allocation across concurrent projects and stakeholder needs.
Serve as a trusted, professional liaison between Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders, clearly communicating priorities, decisions, timelines, and tradeoffs.
Ensure marketing materials align with brand standards and applicable regulatory requirements; work closely with Compliance to support timely review and approval.
Define, track, and report marketing activity, campaign performance, and key performance indicators; use results to improve strategy, process, and impact.

Requirements

Five or more years of progressively responsible marketing experience, including experience in asset management, financial services, or a closely related investment business.
Strong understanding of investment products and asset-management distribution channels, ideally including mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts, wealth management, or comparable offerings.
Experience developing marketing programs for financial advisors, intermediaries, institutions, and/or individual investors.
Demonstrated ability to contribute strategically while driving hands-on execution in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
Experience partnering with sales or distribution teams, investment professionals, senior leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong leadership, coaching, communication, analytical, and project-management skills.
