Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned with the firm’s business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Strengthen and protect the firm’s reputation across all markets and stakeholder groups.
Advise on communication opportunities and reputational risks.

Measure communication effectiveness and provide regular reporting.
Public Relations And Media Relations
- Partner closely with Littler’s PR agency on media efforts and strategies to elevate the firm’s profile.
- Develop relationships with key reporters within targeted media outlets.
- Identify opportunities to further promote thought leadership.
- Oversee speaking engagements, award submissions, rankings and industry recognition.

Requirements

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strategic and creative thinking and business acumen
Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, compelling communications
Executive presence and confidence advising senior leaders
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
Knowledge of legal industry trends, and media landscape
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related field.
10+ years of communications, public relations and corporate communications experience
Experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or consulting firm strongly preferred
