Job Description

Responsibilities

Support in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns
Audit intake requests within project management platforms for accuracy of campaign requirements, build project requirements and timelines
Manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously
Work with cross-functional teams throughout the campaign lifecycle and with other campaign managers and analysts
Participate in knowledge sharing and process efficiency
Drive project deadlines to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high-quality campaigns and reporting
Be a dynamic self-starter who works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Possess a high degree of proficiency in Airtable, Workfront and MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Internet applications
Possess critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
Possess strong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, presentation, project management skills from conception to completion

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns (email, mobile, web, SMS).
Strong project management skills with a proven record of delivering on time and on budget.
Solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals and best practices.
Excellent communication skills
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Flexibility to work from the Orlando corporate office or remotely in eligible states.
Knowledge of digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus.
