Own Brand Media Strategy & Planning : Define and lead media strategy across awareness and brand-building channels, translating company, brand, and marketing priorities into cohesive media strategies that build awareness, strengthen consideration, and support business growth
Manage Brand & Awareness Channels : Partner strategically with our agency partner across OOH, podcast, CTV, programmatic, and more to deliver high-impact awareness campaigns. Own the planning, budgeting, and execution of integrated brand campaigns that build reach and reinforce Justworks' market position.
Drive Integrated Campaign Moments : Conceive and execute big tentpole campaigns that integrate media with cross-functional teams (events, community, PR, comms, field marketing) to maximize brand impact during key corporate narratives and launches. Own the internal alignment and external coordination that makes these moments land.
Build Audience Targeting & Messaging Alignment : Develop and refine our audience targeting framework in partnership with Product Marketing and Marketing Operations. Continuously evolve segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure audiences are right-sized and messaging is optimized across channels.
Ensure Creative, Message & Audience Alignment : Act as the connective tissue between brand strategy and media execution. Ensure creative, message, and audience strategy are aligned across all campaigns and touchpoints—working closely with Brand and Creative teams to optimize storytelling for each channel and audience segment.
Design Measurement & Drive Optimization : Build campaign measurement frameworks that connect brand reach, engagement, and media performance to broader business impact. Establish a culture of testing, learning, and continuous optimization—making data-driven decisions on creative, targeting, and channel mix to improve campaign effectiveness.
Lead Cross-Functional Partnerships : Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Data, Comms, and Field Marketing to ensure media strategy supports broader GTM priorities and corporate narratives. Operate as the expert voice on media capability, capacity, and strategic opportunity.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in integrated media planning, brand media strategy, or full-funnel paid media leadership in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments
Proven ownership of integrated media campaigns with measurable impact on brand awareness, consideration, and acquisition—including experience balancing brand-building and performance metrics across multiple channels.
Deep expertise in paid media channels including programmatic, social, CTV, OOH, podcast, and emerging digital channels, with strong understanding of how to build cohesive cross-channel campaigns.
Strategic budget management experience , with track record of making smart media mix decisions, negotiating with agencies and media partners, and optimizing spend across channels to drive ROI.
Strong agency partnership skills —you've managed external creative and media agencies, set clear briefs, provided strategic direction, and held partners accountable to business outcomes.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership : Proven ability to align and drive decisions across multiple teams with competing priorities, translate strategy into actionable plans, and build buy-in across Marketing, Brand, Creative, and Demand Gen.
Data-driven mindset with fluency in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and experimentation. You can translate performance data into strategic recommendations and identify what's working (or not) across channels.
Strategic thinking + operational excellence : You balance big-picture brand thinking with hands-on execution—equally comfortable defining multi-year strategy and diving into campaign details, optimization, and timelines.
