Responsibilities

Own the product marketing and customer growth strategy for Hewitt's Americas portfolio, with accountability for measurable commercial performance.
Build and execute e-commerce and digital marketing strategies that increase product discoverability, customer acquisition, conversion and repeat purchasing.
Identify opportunities to strengthen performance across Amazon, retailer e-commerce platforms, owned digital channels and paid media.
Develop commercially focused product marketing plans for existing ranges, new launches and product innovations.
Shape premium brand and product positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across packaging, digital channels and retail environments.
Partner with Sales, Commercial and NPD teams to identify market gaps, develop compelling product propositions and bring new products to market.
Develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials that support retail distribution and product growth.
Analyse customer behaviour, sales performance and marketing investment to improve acquisition, retention, share of basket and marketing ROI.
Lead regional marketing priorities while working closely with shared creative resources, agency partners and global stakeholders.

Requirements

Significant experience across product marketing, growth, brand, e-commerce or commercial marketing, ideally within consumer goods, FMCG, food or retail.
A demonstrated track record of delivering measurable commercial growth, including revenue, customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
Experience building and executing full-funnel e-commerce and digital marketing strategies across retailer platforms, paid media and owned channels.
Strong brand development and product positioning capabilities, with experience bringing compelling consumer propositions to market.
Experience working with NPD, Sales and Commercial teams to identify market opportunities and deliver successful product launches.
Strong analytical and commercial skills, including evaluating marketing investment, customer behaviour and channel performance.
Experience leading marketing teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
A hands-on, resourceful approach, with experience scaling businesses or building marketing capabilities.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
Experience with Amazon, retail media, major US grocery channels or successful private-equity-backed consumer businesses would be particularly valuable.
