Job Description

Responsibilities

As the Associate Director of Demand Generation at Ignite, you lead a team to design, execute, and scale B2B demand generation in high-growth, complex sales cycles.
You generate new business and pipeline, raising awareness for Ignite in the B2B digital health, health plan, hospital, and health system markets.
Modernize marketing with ABM, Lead Nurturing, and Intent-based Personalization.
Build and mentor a high-performing team, using data to drive decisions and demonstrate marketing ROI in SaaS, healthcare, and technology sectors.

Requirements

Strategy & Execution: Pioneer and implement best-practice demand generation and growth marketing strategies across multi-channel tactics including webinars, content marketing and syndication, digital advertising, account-based advertising, conferences & events, direct-mail, email, paid search, and social-media.
Pipeline Generation: Design and lead the ABM program to influence revenue, grow pipeline, and decrease opportunity-to-win time; own the lead lifecycle from lead creation to closed-won opportunity.
Team Leadership: Lead the Demand Generation team, recruit, hire, and cultivate ownership to improve campaign turnaround and results.
Technology & Data: Evaluate and adopt marketing tech (e.g., 6sense, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Sprout Social); optimize Salesforce CRM for pipeline analysis and revenue attribution.
Client Engagement & Events: Boost client retention and engagement; oversee marketing support for events with pre/post-event promotions and ROI reporting.
Budgeting: Manage campaign budget to align with goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, Client Success, and Partner Success.
