Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance reporting for the webinar and virtual hands-on lab program, including owned, sponsored, and partner-led experiences.
  • Lead Fivetran’s demand generation strategy and presence on G2, optimizing programs to drive high-quality MQLs and S3 pipeline.
  • Maximize webinars and G2 as key growth engines for marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), S1 counts, and S3 pipeline.
  • Identify and launch new channel opportunities to accelerate MQL production, S1 counts, and pipeline growth.
  • End-to-end ownership, from strategy to execution to performance reporting, is the name of the game.
  • You’ll be the architect and executor behind a multi-format webinar program spanning owned, sponsored, and partner events; the driving force behind Fivetran's reputation on G2; and the strategist scaling our digital advertising programs to new heights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation, with hands-on ownership across a broad mix of channels and tactics.
  • Demonstrated success scaling high-impact programs, including webinars and G2, to drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, KPIs, attribution models, performance optimization, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a natural curiosity to test, learn, and continuously improve performance.
  • Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and clearly communicate performance, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented and accountable, with a proven track record of delivering against MQL and S1 targets.
