Responsibilities
- Lead and execute e-commerce strategy across DTC and third-party channels to drive revenue and profitability.
- Own and manage website performance, including content, navigation, user experience, and conversion optimization in conjunction with the web development team.
- Drive SEO and digital content strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and traffic.
- Manage marketplace performance, including assortment, advertising, and promotions.
- Develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies to improve targeting effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory productivity, assortment mix, and lifecycle performance across digital channels.
- Establish performance reporting and translate data into actionable business insights.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Merchandising, and Operations to enhance digital performance.
- Identify and implement tools, automation, and best practices to scale e-commerce operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6-10 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce leadership.
- Strong expertise in SEO, website optimization, and digital content strategy.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies relevant to e-commerce, digital marketing, customer experience, analytics, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to evaluate and responsibly leverage AI-driven solutions to support business objectives, improve decision-making, and enhance operational effectiveness while maintaining alignment with company standards, brand integrity, and data privacy expectations.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, PIM systems, and digital analytics tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
