Turn abstract creative ideas into a scalable, cross‑functional development machine that moves from concept to launch with clear frameworks and narratives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level ideas into structured initiatives, programs, and partnership concepts
  • Develop frameworks, concept documents, and development roadmaps
  • Package initiatives into clear narratives for internal alignment and decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather input and shape cohesive programs
  • Align stakeholders across brand, content, product, partnerships, and marketing
  • Define development pathways from early concept through execution readiness
  • Identify internal and external partners required to bring initiatives to life
  • Drive progress and momentum across initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Support incubation of new brand platforms, partnerships, and content programs
  • Expand early ideas into scalable, repeatable creative programs

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in creative development, brand innovation, strategic partnerships, or related fields
  • Experience structuring multi-team creative initiatives or programs
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous ideas into clear frameworks and plans
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration across creative, product, and business teams
  • Ability to operate in environments where ideas evolve and direction is fluid
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills
