Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches to drive growth, brand awareness, and market expansion.
Plan and execute day-to-day marketing activities in support of a product, service or channel.
Oversee creation and delivery of advertising and marketing materials and ensure brand messages are consistent.
Collaborate with sales and product to develop strategic partnership activities and implement opportunities.
Direct marketing budgets, resource allocation, and program execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with measurable impact.
Monitor campaign performance and ROI, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize results.

Requirements

7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably supporting complex sales cycles and enterprise-level products or solutions.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing content strategy, positioning, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen brand authority and market presence.
Proven ability to measure marketing influence and campaign effectiveness, leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot.
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar reporting solutions.

Preferred

Prior experience in the payments, financial services, fintech, or related industry preferred.
Demonstrated success building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across sales, product, and business leadership teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of relevant experience, training, and demonstrated success will be considered.
