Job Summary

Own the experimentation and end to end campaigns for credit products, aligning with finance, legal, product, design and data teams to drive acquisition and learning.

  • Performance learning: Analyze results and share insights with senior leaders to inform optimization and budget decisions.
  • Content and acquisition: Create on brand content with design collaboration to power acquisition campaigns for credit products.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual testing plan, sharing experiment and execution roadmap.
  • Lead initiatives end to end, working with cross functional teams – legal, finance, product, design, data science, and bank partners – to optimize, execute and deliver campaigns.
  • Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers and effectively build acquisition campaigns for our credit products.
  • Partner with internal design team to innovate on acquisition marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns, and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate initiatives with key financials partners, working backwards to ensure a streamlined execution and approval process to launch initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
  • Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
  • Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously

Preferred

  • Experience working with financial services partners
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
