  • Within six months, you will make product launches and releases repeatable and predictable; drive high-impact initiatives that directly influence pipe generation and deal velocity; partner closely with Demand Generation and DevRel on high-impact campaigns.
  • Within one year, you will clearly attribute activities to revenue impact; shape GTM strategy; raise the bar for PMM across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in product marketing, developer marketing, product management, or related technical marketing roles in a B2B enterprise setting.
  • Strong familiarity with developer tools and modern developer workflows, with a deep interest in AI-driven software development.
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end technical product launches, spanning positioning, field enablement, and launch execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with technical teams to define what sets Sourcegraph apart and translate that differentiation into clear, credible, and memorable stories across channels.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales motions and navigating complex buying cycles.
  • Strong sales enablement muscle, building and maintaining high-impact collateral and assets that scale and move enterprise deals forward.
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns in partnership with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and DevRel across webinars, videos, web content, and events.
  • Customer-first mindset, translating real customer feedback into messaging, positioning, and product direction.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with a deep understanding of how modern software is built, shipped, and adopted.
  • Bias toward action, moving quickly and putting bold ideas into motion.

Preferred
