Job Description

Own and coordinate cross-functional marketing programs, translating strategy into executable plans, overseeing delivery, and using data to optimize performance across initiatives.

  • As a Marketing Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and driving key marketing programs across various functions.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Your day-to-day will involve a blend of strategic planning, hands-on project management, and leveraging data to optimize performance.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, program management or project management in a highly matrixed environment
  • Strong comfort and hands-on experience with AI tools (including LLMs), data analysis, and leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies and Leadership updates
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to quickly understand new areas, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively program manage a wide range of marketing initiatives as needed.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • MBA degree
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex information clearly to various levels of audience across working teams and Senior Leadership
