Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches to drive growth, brand awareness, and market expansion.
  • Plan and execute day-to-day marketing activities in support of a product, service or channel.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of advertising and marketing materials and ensure brand messages are consistent.
  • Collaborate with sales and product to develop strategic partnership activities and implement opportunities.
  • Direct marketing budgets, resource allocation, and program execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with measurable impact.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably supporting complex sales cycles and enterprise-level products or solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing content strategy, positioning, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen brand authority and market presence.
  • Proven ability to measure marketing influence and campaign effectiveness, leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar reporting solutions.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in the payments, financial services, fintech, or related industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across sales, product, and business leadership teams.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of relevant experience, training, and demonstrated success will be considered.
