Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of designers, project managers, and external creative partners.
Oversee departmental workflows, project prioritization, resource allocation, and production schedules.
Establish clear processes for creative requests, approvals, and deliverables.
Mentor team members, encourage collaboration, and maintain accountability.
Partner with the Senior Creative Director to ensure creative initiatives align with brand standards and business objectives.
Oversee complex creative projects across marketing, digital, social media, print collateral, and restaurant development.
Manage project schedules, budgets, production requirements, and deliverables.
Coordinate creative initiatives supporting new restaurant openings, remodels, and brand updates.
Anticipate challenges, resolve production issues, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in creative services, creative operations, project management, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience leading creative teams and managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Strong understanding of graphic design, print production, digital marketing, and environmental branding.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and creative production expenses.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management platforms and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, lifestyle brands, or creative agencies preferred.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization.
