The Senior Analyst, Customer Growth Dialogic Marketing will play a key role in accelerating customer growth by driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of Dialogic marketing initiatives across the Charge Card Cross-Sell and Upgrade portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, channel management, analytics, and customer strategy, translating performance insights into actions that improve customer acquisition and business results.
The Senior Analyst will own critical marketing initiatives from planning through execution, monitor and analyze channel performance, and partner closely with Product, Marketing, Servicing, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
Skilled relationship builder with a proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and/or agency partners to drive work from development through execution.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
