Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that support the venue's business objectives, events, and brand initiatives.
Manage the venue's presence across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with event schedules, marketing campaigns, sponsorship obligations, and community initiatives.
Ensure all social media content reflects the venue's brand standards and messaging.
Develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, photography, reels, stories, live streams, and written copy.
Capture and publish real-time event coverage before, during, and after events.
Collaborate with artists, promoters, sponsors, and venue departments to develop unique content opportunities.
Coordinate content production with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.
Manage user-generated content programs and fan engagement campaigns.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field is required.
3-5 years of social media management experience.
Experience in sports, entertainment, live events, hospitality, arenas, stadiums, or related industries is preferred.
Proven success creating social media campaigns that drive engagement and attendance.
Experience with social media management and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and best practices.
Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Experience with photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design principles.
Knowledge of digital marketing and audience development strategies.

Preferred

Experience in sports, entertainment, live events, hospitality, arenas, stadiums, or related industries is preferred.
Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
