Translate club values and business objectives into breakthrough creative campaigns that build fan affinity, spark conversation, and drive results. Serve as a core leader within the integrated MARCOMM team, aligning messaging and execution across departments and initiatives. Lead brand strategy development, positioning, and annual planning to drive long-term growth and market differentiation. Translate insights and data into compelling brand narratives, go-to-market strategies, and executive-ready presentations. Develop integrated programs that connect the club and Sports Illustrated Stadium with Red Bull’s broader ecosystem of athletes, creators, sports, music, and culture.
  • CREATIVE LEADERSHIP: Oversee the in-house creative team including graphic design and video production, guiding concept development, design quality, and brand storytelling. Champion a high standard of visual and verbal identity- balancing consistency with creativity, and strategy with style. Lead ideation and delivery of brand campaigns, stadium experiences, and digital content. Engage and seek out AI and tech that helps accelerate and elevate workflows.
  • SOCIAL MEDIA, INFLUENCER & CHANNEL STRATEGY: Manage the club’s social team and set the vision across all social platforms and handles. Ensure each channel has a distinct voice, rhythm, and point of view—aligned with fan behavior, platform best practices, and club priorities. Stay on top of trends, culture, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and responsive. Lead the club’s influencer and VIP strategy, building relationships with creators, cultural tastemakers, and celebrities to expand reach, enhance relevance, and fuel content that drives brand engagement.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL & FAN-FOCUSED COLLABORATION: Own integrated marketing planning and project prioritization, establishing clear responsibilities, milestones, and deadlines across teams. Resolve competing priorities and hold project leads accountable for delivery. Bring the Red Bull brand to life across matchdays, third-party events, content, and fan experiences, translating its energy and spirit into distinctive activations. Guide execution with a rigorous focus on timelines, KPIs, and the business plan. Work closely with Directors of Digital Growth, Ticketing and Partnerships to ensure assets ladder up to fan growth and commercial objectives. Collaborate with Ticketing and Sales to ideate and launch new products and commercial offerings including go to market strategy.
  • BUSINESS SOLUTIONS: Partner with the Business Development team as the point person for ideation, research, and approvals—designing and delivering customized presentations that directly support client marketing goals and KPIs for both new business and renewals. Drive big-picture thinking: build innovative, integrated partnerships and platforms tailored to market needs and trends that resonate with prospective customers. Repurpose existing assets and inventory into compelling, story-driven platforms that maximize monetization. Maintain oversight of the asset tracker (available vs. committed inventory) to guide feasibility and prioritization. Partner with the Activation team to support execution across all elements—from creative production and in-stadium activations to digital and experiential campaigns. Ensure cross-department alignment to deliver partnership commitments on time, at the highest quality. Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring all deliverables meet visual, experiential, and operational standards. Collaborate with the Activation team to develop impactful mid-season and end-of-season recaps showcasing value delivered through visuals, data, and storytelling.
  • INSIGHTS, IMPACT & OPTIMIZATION: Leverage data and performance insights to guide creative decisions and maximize brand impact. Operate with a bias for action, using insights and calculated risks to move initiatives forward. Proactively seek out existing research and conduct additional research as needed to inform strategy and plans. Bring a commercial mindset to creative development and a creative lens to business performance.
