Job Summary

Own and optimize end to end social commerce programs for clients, turning platform activity into measurable engagement and sales across content, creators and commerce initiatives.

Job Description

Executing and helping clients scale their social commerce strategies across platforms, driving measurable performance across content, creators, and commerce initiatives Managing the day-to-day client relationship for social commerce clients Overseeing cross-functional execution across internal teams (social strategy, data & analytics, paid social, etc) to ensure program delivery Owning the day-to-day execution of social commerce campaigns, including coordination across content, affiliate, media, and key internal stakeholders so ensure efficient delivery and strong in-market performance Identifying optimization opportunities and helping translate data into actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients Building client-facing presentations, reporting recaps, strategic POV’s, case studies and social commerce growth recommendations Supporting promotional planning, campaign launches, tentpole moments, and platform activations Collaborating with social strategy team to translate platform trends and emerging capabilities into actionable recommendations, helping inform client strategies and identifying opportunities for growth Partnering closely with external stakeholders including platform representatives, other internal agencies, and clients to support successful execution of programs Building and refining scalable processes, operational workflows, and best practices across social commerce programs
