  • Oversee account teams, forecast milestones, manage SOWs and billing, and support travel up to 30%.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • The Senior Account Director is the “face” of Snow to the client. They serve as an agency leader, strategically guiding clients to achieve their communication and business objectives, fostering brand growth through deep category knowledge, strategic marketing acumen, value-added relationships, and a genuine passion for patients.
  • Develops and maintains meaningful client relationships at all levels to ensure strategic recommendations and tactical deliverables surpass client expectations; initiates ongoing communication with clients to manage and align expectations, ensure staffing resources and performance expectations are met, and provide strategic counsel.
  • Drives strategic efforts that solve clients’ business and communications problems; proposes ideas and strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and influence decision making; develops expertise for innovation and strategic counsel within the patient community.
  • Drives a business-building orientation on account teams, secures organic growth opportunities, actively pursues and engages prospective clients to acquire new business, and builds agency partnership opportunities.
  • Effectively works with management to strategize approaches to meet forecasting targets; communicates milestones to teams and updates to management; ensures billing logistics are handled in a timely fashion; works with management through the SOW development process
  • Mentor and support employee-engagement opportunities and foster cross-discipline relationships to improve culture, resources, talent development, and marketplace position; set clear performance expectations; deliver on employee value proposition; leverages talent programs and initiatives
  • Conducts regular meetings with the Account Team; maintains close contact with all team members; provides support, guidance, and resources; manages product strategy and ensures tactical implementation; develops internal processes and procedures for best practices; prepares for and attends strategic planning meetings with clients; develops SOWs with management; ensures up to 30% travel; may perform additional duties as needed
Requirements
  • 5+ years of pharma or healthcare advertising; Experience working with patients preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and three to five years of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • In some instances, a passport may be necessary
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong communication/presentation skills; Significant background in pharmaceutical advertising Account Services; Ability to craft presentations (new business, creative, tactical, strategy, selling, etc.); Ability to lead a team; Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
