Responsibilities

Own a revenue function with direct, measurable impact — not a support role
Use the product you market: full access to LettrLabs' direct mail automation platform
Build multi-channel programs (email + direct mail) as email inboxes get more crowded
Work directly with Co-Founders & GTM leadership — your work ships fast and results are visible
Full lifecycle from pre-purchase nurture → activation → retention → expansion
Automated lead nurture sequences that drive first purchase without sales intervention
Onboarding programs that reduce time-to-activation
Monthly-to-annual upgrade and upsell programs
Win-back and re-engagement for churned/dormant accounts
Lifecycle reporting tied to conversion rates, NRR, and expansion ARR

Requirements

4–8 years in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing in B2B SaaS
Must have owned both pre-purchase nurture and post-sale programs (post-sale only will not be considered)
Hands-on builder in HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io, or equivalent
Can connect programs to revenue outcomes — with numbers to back it up
Strong segmentation instincts using behavioral data, firmographics, and lifecycle stage
Analytical enough to own your own reporting without waiting on a data team
Strong writer — clear, on-brand copy without heavy editing support
Willing to work on-site regularly in Culver City
Direct mail as a lifecycle channel experience
