Shooting & editing - Native vertical video, made with craft and ready while the moment is still fresh.
Product that looks as good as it tastes - Pours, ice and texture. Appetite-first content for people who take their lattes iced.
Matcha & coffee content with real depth - Ingredients, rituals and craft, told in a way that’s educational and fun rather than preachy.
Founder & team moments - Help our founder show up naturally on camera, and turn retail, events and behind-the-scenes into engaging content.
TikTok & Instagram, end to end - Strategy, planning, copy, publishing and a steady weekly content rhythm.
Community & culture - Join conversations across food, beverage, wellness, and culture in a way that sounds like us.
Performance & insights - Track results, report regularly and use what you learn to improve the content and grow the community.

Requirements

Natural on camera: warm, quick and not too serious.
A fast, skilled editor who shoots and cuts native vertical video every day.
Fluent in matcha, coffee and wellness culture, and able to talk about it without the “wellness journey” voice.
Not afraid to say "that's not us" - you have strong instincts about what fits the brand, and the data to support it.
A passionate storyteller that thinks about how one post builds into a series, a launch, a world.
Self-directed and organized - you can run a weekly content rhythm on your own, with a quick review from us instead of a daily brief.
Culturally curious - you notice what’s catching on early and can explain why it resonates with audiences.
Resourceful and adaptable - you can make something great without a big budget or a production crew and you're flexible when plans change.
Just as comfortable collaborating with a team as working on your own.
Open to occasional travel for shoots and events.
