Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end paid marketing strategy and execution across your channels globally, spanning core markets including the US, UK, FR, IT, ES, DE, AU, JP, CN, and CA.
Partner with tech, analytics, finance, and Amazon central channel teams to improve campaign performance and deliver efficiency gains.
Monitor and analyze paid media metrics to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, maximize audience engagement, and develop new metrics to demonstrate the value and business impact of our media tactics.
Report on paid marketing efficacy (scale and efficiency) based on the media mix, conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed goals, and report on progress to goals with senior leadership.
Evaluate new and non-traditional channel opportunities for incrementality.
Identify opportunities for paid marketing automation and partner with external agencies, vendors, and our product teams to estimate impact and define business requirements.
You should be comfortable with change, embrace the opportunity to wear many hats, and relish the chance to solve hard problems in short order.

Requirements

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, including business writing and producing documents in a professional setting (we write docs and media narratives regularly)
Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting
6+ years demonstrable experience within the media buying space, hands-on across the full campaign lifecycle: media planning, buying, and optimization, including self-serve ads managers (e.g. Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)

Preferred

Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
Interest in exploring how automation and AI can power workflows, dashboards, and campaigns
Experience managing complex programs of work across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Supply chain, logistics, or transportation industry experience a plus
Experience with B2B marketing best practices a plus
Experience with the media platform SKAI a plus
